The staff's hospitality was exceptional. they went out of their way to assist and even returned a lost phone. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxation.

The only downside was a late check-in delay that was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, noise from neighboring streets could be noticeable at times.

The kitchen amenities should be better prepared for the number of guests!!! The access cards frequently malfunctioned, leading to constant trips back to reception. A more proactive approach to guest needs would certainly enhance the experience!!!

A small hiccup was the check-in process. we didn’t get all the breakfast cards right away, which was a bit annoying but didn’t ruin our time at all! 😊
